Can I use the machine for 24h?

Yes, all of our home oxygen machines are suitable for you, they can work for 24h/7d, even when you sleeping.

Products of continuous flow or pulse flow?

The NT-01 portable oxygen concentrator can provide an adjustable 1-5 L/min pulse flow can provide 1-5 L/min pulse flow.
TP-B1 portable oxygen concentrator can supply 3 L/min continuous flow, stable.
MAF-605A portable oxygen concentrator can supply 1 L/min continuous flow & 1-3L/min pulse flow.

is this the whole price of the bought out the price and are they rebuilt or originals?

Yes, this is the whole price to purchase the machine, And our oxygen machines in the store are new products. 

Will this oxygen concentrator work for overnight oxygen use?

All the home oxygen machines can be used 24/7. you also can use it overnight. 

 Is it battery operated? Can I use it outside the house?

If you need to use it outside, you need to purchase a portable oxygen machine. all the portable oxygen machine comes with a battery. 

Can I get a spare battery?

1：battery for the TP-B1 machine

2：battery for the MAF605A machine

Do the airlines allows this machine on the plane?

In theory, American Airlines requires FAA certification and we do not have FAA certification, but many customers have successfully brought it to the plane.

Does this come with oxygen or do we still have to get the oxygen?

You just need to purchase the oxygen machine Individually, it doesn't need to purchase the extra oxygen tank.

where is this made?

Our oxygen machines are made in China. But we have the stock in the US now. it just needs about 3-5 working days to arrive normally. 

Does this machine allow the use of water?

It can be added the water, you can add the water according to your need.

You must report damaged or missing items within 3 business days of receipt by contacting us at customerservice@oxygeneratorsale.com
. You also must keep the original box & packing material in the event we open a claim with the carrier. In some cases, we may need a customer's help to confirm why this is happening. We appreciate your cooperation and patience through this process.

Do I NEED A DOCTOR'S PRESCRIPTION?

If a prescription is required for an item in your shopping cart, the system will inform you of the requirement.
If the system doesn't inform you, you can buy the item without a doctor's prescription.

CAN I USE MY MEDICARE?

Unfortunately, we do not work with insurance companies/providers.
There is an option to pay out of pocket and have your insurer reimburse you. However, you need to contact them directly and make sure this is an option for you. 

How to modify the order information after ordering?

If you need to replace/add/reduce order products, or modify the delivery address, contact information, etc., please contact us by email before it is shipped.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS MEET EUROPEAN STANDARDS?

Yes, our NT-01 & NT-03 are CE-certified. You can find CE marks in our products.

The letters CE (as the logo ⠀) on commercial products CЄ) mean that the manufacturer or importer affirms the good's conformity with European health, safety, and environmental protection standards. It is not a quality indicator or a certification mark. The CE marking is required for goods sold in the European Economic Area(EEA) but is also found on products sold elsewhere that have been manufactured to EEA standards.

Can the slightly damaged oxygen concentrator operate normally?

Our staff has been tested when checking the inventory, and these machines can be used normally.

Can I Return the Slightly Damaged Machine for a Refund？

Defective oxygen concentrators are sold below the cost, the company does not provide after-sales services.

Is the Slightly Damaged Machine Brand New?

We promise that these defective oxygen concentrators are brand new and without potential safety hazards.
