EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES:
At OXYGEN CONCENTRATOR we offer a fast personalisation service worldwide with most orders - including bespoke customised products.
Shipping Costs & Tax1. Free shipping on orders over $60 to U.S. addresses;
The shipping fee is $15 when the order value is less than $59.
2. $29.99 Shipping Fee to Canada.
3. $150 Shipping Fee to Mexico.
4. $100 Shipping Fee to the Rest of the World.
5. No sales tax.
Shipping Locations
1. Shipping is valid for shipping addresses in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, etc. Excluding Peru, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
2. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Please leave a specific address when you place an order, to make sure the package can deliver successfully.
Shipping Methods
All orders of oxygen concentrators are shipped out via UPS or DHL or FedEx Express.
All orders of accessories are shipped out via USPS or DHL or YunExpress, etc.

For Oxygen Concentrators:
Shipping time: 1-2 Business Days
Delivery time: 3-5 Business Days
For Accessories:
Shipping time: 2-3business days
Delivery time: 5-7 business days
CONVENIENT CLICK & COLLECT OPTION
Don't worry if no one is home at the time of delivery - you can request that your parcel be directed to a local UPS Access Point. UPS will leave a card for you detailing your UPS Access Point location.
These details are also listed on the UPS website tracking page, which can be accessed via the tracking link found in your shipping confirmation email.
Please ensure that you have your ID available when collecting your package.
TRACK YOUR ORDER TO YOUR DOOR
When your order is dispatched we'll send you an email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey. If for any reason you don't receive this, please email us at customerservice@oxygeneratorsale.com and we'll update you on your order's progress.
When you are ready to sign for the package, and founding that the package is broken. please take some pictures to prove that firstly. and contact us, then please refuse the package.
CUSTOMS FEES FULLY PAID
All countries are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. In the unlikely event that any extra charges are requested from you at the time of import by customs or by courier at the time of delivery, please contact our customer service team for advice with this matter.
FULL INSURANCE
OXYGEN CONCENTRATOR insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you at which point responsibility for the shipment is passed over. If your parcel cannot be delivered, UPS will return the parcel to a postal location and delivery will be re attempted the following day excluding weekends. If the customer makes alternative arrangements with UPS, such as leaving the package at the front door, the parcel is no longer insured and OXYGEN CONCENTRATOR no longer holds any responsibility for the parcel if it is lost or stolen.
