Shipping Costs
United States / Canada / Mexico: free shipping on orders over $49. A flat shipping rate of $9.99 applies to orders under $49.
European Union Countries: flat shipping rate $58.99.
Netherlands / United Kingdom: flat shipping rate $29.99.
Greece: flat shipping rate $129.99.
Ecuador / Lebanon / Nepal: flat shipping rate $169.99.
All other countries:
Orders $0 – $1000: Flat shipping $100
Orders $1001 – $3000: Flat shipping $150
Orders $3001 – $5000: Flat shipping $300
Duties & Taxes
Eligible international orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. Applicable duties and import taxes are included in the final purchase price.
In the unlikely event that customs authorities or the carrier request additional charges upon delivery, please contact our customer service team before making any payment so we can assist you.
Shipping Locations
1. Shipping is valid for shipping addresses in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, etc. Excluding Peru, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
2. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Please leave a specific address when you place an order, to make sure the package can be delivered successfully.
Shipping Methods
All orders of oxygen concentrators are shipped out via UPS or DHL or FedEx Express.
All orders of accessories are shipped out via USPS or DHL or YunExpress, etc.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after you receive your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During peak seasons or due to carrier-related delays, processing times may be extended. If significant delays occur, we will notify you by email.

Ecuador: 3-5 business days
Other European Countries: 3-5 business days
For Accessories:
United States: 5-7 business days

Ecuador: 6-9 business days
Other European Countries: 7-14 business days
If the Product Is Not Available in Your Regional Warehouse
If the product is temporarily unavailable at the warehouse serving your region, we may arrange shipment or transfer from another warehouse. In this case, the estimated delivery time is usually:
7–14 business days
Delivery times may be longer for certain remote areas, cross-border shipments, customs clearance, public holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

The delivery times listed above are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, destination, carrier service conditions, customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses, depending on inventory availability.
We will make every effort to ship your order from the nearest available warehouse whenever possible.
CONVENIENT CLICK & COLLECT OPTION
Don't worry if no one is home at the time of delivery - you can request that your parcel be directed to a local UPS Access Point. UPS will leave a card for you detailing your UPS Access Point location.
These details are also listed on the UPS website tracking page, which can be accessed via the tracking link found in your shipping confirmation email.
Please ensure that you have your ID available when collecting your package.
TRACK YOUR ORDER TO YOUR DOOR
When your order is dispatched we'll send you an email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey. If, for any reason, you don't receive this, please email us at ttlife@oxygeneratorsale.com, and we'll update you on your order's progress.
When you are ready to sign for the package, and find that the package is broken. Please take some pictures to prove that, firstly. And contact us, then please refuse the package.
FULL INSURANCE
OXYGEN CONCENTRATOR ensures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you, at which point responsibility for the shipment is passed over. If your parcel cannot be delivered, UPS will return the parcel to a postal location, and delivery will be re-attempted the following day excluding weekends. If the customer makes alternative arrangements with UPS, such as leaving the package at the front door, the parcel is no longer insured, and OXYGEN CONCENTRATOR no longer holds any responsibility for the parcel if it is lost or stolen.
