Our used unit does not support an unconditional one-month return policy.
- There is no artificially damaged.
- All parts and accessories must be in the original package and no missing.
- You can contact us for a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving the product.
- If your address in not in the US , we will deduct the original shipping fee from your refund.
- If you return is caused by a product defect, please contact us. We will replace the new product for you or refund the full amount.
- If you request a return and refund after 7 days of receiving the package, we will charge you the appropriate service fee.

- We will send you the return address.
- After you sending the product back to us, please email us the tracking number.
- After receiving the product, we will give you a refund and email you.
Note: Please do not send the product back to the address on the package. This is not our return address. If you return the product to that place, that will affect your return processing.

What do I do to cancel the order?

After shipment: unfortunately the order cannot be canceled after shipment. Please firstly email us to ask the return address and sign the package, and then sent it back to the certain return address we give you.
